What I Do
I'm a senior full-stack engineer who takes products from architecture to production. At the Alberta Motor Association I lead micro-frontend work shared across 5+ teams; as technical co-founder of findnaseeb I've shipped an AI-driven matchmaking platform end-to-end — frontend, APIs, data, and the AI safety layer. I care most about systems that stay simple to operate as they scale.
How I Work
- Ownership: I take a feature from vague idea to shipped, monitored, and improved.
- Clarity: I write docs and PRs that explain decisions and tradeoffs, not just code.
- Performance: I care about load time, UI responsiveness, and cost per request.
- Testing: I prefer confidence through automation (E2E, integration, and pragmatic unit tests).
Outside Work
Away from the keyboard, I spend time on my project car, explore Alberta trails, and go down rabbit holes on aviation and mechanical systems.

Employment Chronology
- Co-founded a matchmaking platform built on real-life, in-person events — a "third space" for the Muslim community — and built the product end-to-end (Next.js, TypeScript, SQLite) with a 3-person founding team.
- Built an AI-assisted curation flow: member profiles and event context (location, pool strength, new vs. returning members) run through AI to shortlist invitations, finalized by a human review pass.
- Added member blocking with team-side visibility, backed by clear community standards.
- Grew to ~200 members in Calgary entirely through organic social (no paid ads), with multi-city waitlists (Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago).
- Managed migrations of legacy billing POS terminals into optimized Micro Frontend (MFE) instances, writing shared production packages for 5+ teams, reducing setup times by ~60%.
